Media summary

Nestled among existing mature gumtrees, these six new townhouses make a welcome addition to Margaret River.

Centrally located, these light and sunny 2- and 3-bedroom homes have private outdoor entertaining spaces, and enjoy walkable access to local shops, cafes and restaurants, the weekly farmer’s market, schools, playgrounds and the skate park, and health facilities.

Efficient spatial planning and pre-fabricated construction methodology resulted in a short build program of only 11-months, emphasising the need for more medium density housing in a challenging housing market.

With an average 8+ star NatHERS rating across the development – which exceeds the mandated minimum code requirements – these homes deliver year-round comfort and energy-efficiency for residents.

This project demonstrates that it’s possible to deliver efficient and high-quality medium-density housing within existing neighbourhoods, without sacrificing the desirable qualities that make regional lifestyles appealing for so many people.
