The Forme lobby is a highly sculptural space that carries the exterior launguage of biophillic architecture to the interior creating a wholistic composition and experience. The minimilist finishes harmonize with the organic forms and the play of shadow and light on the sinous surfaces. The simplicity of the space also allows Anna-Wilie Highfield’s bird sculptures to come to life seeming to fly out of the of the two story void. The residents lounge off the lobby acts as the “lounge room” for the greater building. with a circular banquette sourrounding a fire place providing a place for residents to meet, enabling a culture of community.
We are extremely pleased with Formes outcome. The approach through lush landscaping and a calming water feature creates a welcoming first impression. Upon entry, the double height void and sculptural birds capture the light, adding energy and elegance. The design priortises wellness with bright open areas, access to nature and a strong sense of community. The fireplace offers a comfortable space for relaxation, while the bookable dining room and outdoor terrace are ideal for gatherings. The concierge desk and mailroom are thoughtfully placed, enhancing both operational efficiency and a warm welcome.
