Exchange Tower Lobby | Plus Studio®

The extension and refurbishment of the ground floor lobby space has been transformational for Exchange Tower. The space now provides a warm, welcoming and contemporary environment for tenants and visitors to enjoy. It now has a very premium look and feel that is reflective of the quality of the building as a whole. Feedback from both existing tenants and the market more broadly has been overwhelmingly very positive and this has been instrumental in us securing significant new and lease renewal office space commitments. Tenants have particularly commented on the range of private casual meeting spaces, the high quality finishes and the abundance of planting. We are also working with the café operator to obtain a liquor licence that will further enhance the space and offering to tenants.
