Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre
The conference commences in Sydney on April 6th with the opening of the RAIA exhibition stand at Form and Function Exhibition at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre (SCEC) situated in Darling Harbour. SCEC is easily accessed by foot or public transport. The SCEC will accomodate all The Future Is Now! day time sessions.
Register for the Conference on Thursday and visit Form and Function to receive one of a limited number of free tickets to the opening night party on Thursday evening.
Another great reason to be in town on Thursday is to catch our Guided Architecture Tours of Sydney. Bookings essential.
Friday and Saturday, April 7th and 8th will be an early start at the Convention Centre South (SCEC) filled with inspirational and informative presentations and panel discussions focussing on the themes with critical importance to our future - Housing, Urban Design, Social + Cultural Issues and the Environment.
Evenings will be filled with Conference Club special events hosted by D:Arch. Re-fuel with drinks and join the exchange of ideas.
On Friday and Saturday evenings you will also have the opportunity to join keynote presenters at a wide range of Sydney's greatest restaurants hosted by prominent architects. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Sunday we bring you Master Classes and Workshops with venues selected by the speakers. This will provide you with a brilliant opportunity for you to work side by side with our masters in small teams of only 25 colleagues.
