An opportunity exists within the RAIA TAS chapter for an administrative assistant from February 2007. Reporting to the Manager, the Admin Asst is responsible for day-to-day office administration and reception, liaising with the Institute’s members and the general public. The incumbent will process financial and sales transactions, member and event records and premises bookings. Assisting in the Institute’s communications and events, duties include preparing newsletters, updating websites, and event management.
