Knight Frank Canberra office is a unique and sophisticated enviroment for a real estate company. Located in the loft of 221 London Circut the office has panoramic views of the City and all of the buildings that Knight Frank lease and manage. The office provides a complete open plan office for all executives and staff, with the provision for excellent internal communications, and a relaxed egalitarian enviroment in which to work and receive visitors. The simple and elegant work station system which are anchored with dark and dynamic wall colours and strong graphics, make exellent working conditions in an inspiring and energizing workplace as welll as providing ample storage space. The planning of the layout provides a casual entry and waiting space from which the whole office can be seen. The confrence room is located at the furthest point of journey from the reception are, so that visitors can exprience the unique qualities of the open space and the views over the city.
