This 'In the Round' evening will be a presentation of 'Unbuilt Projects', or 'Unrealised Work'. The presenters in a light-hearted manner will explain their reasons why their project wasn’t built. They will explore not just the architecture but the human story behind their involvement.
This is the second of the 'In the Round' series of themed events with speakers from a cross-section of the Architectural community. Tony Trobe the Institute's ACT President is seeking to promote a more inclusive and club-like atmosphere within the Institute and the profession as a whole.
This is not intended to be 'CPD' but more of a 'show and tell' (....read Pecha Kucha) from a wide spectrum of contributors; students, graduates, emerging Architects, small Practitioners and larger firms. The presentations will be 'bookended' by light refreshments (...read alcohol) and all-important networking.
