Houses Tour - Awards
Our next houses tour will feature houses entered into this years awards and will be held on Saturday July 24. This will be an amazing tour, visiting four homes including "The Leichhardt House" by Terroir, 'Glebe Residence' by Tzannes Associates, "Paddington House X2" by Marsh Cashman Koolloos, Wollstonecraft House by Southmarc and "Champion House" by Luisa Manfredini.
A delicious 2 course lunch at Ventuno Restaurant, Walsh Bay is organised. This lunch is valued at $50 and includes a glass of wine.
We meet at Tusculum at 8:15am for coffee, pastries and fresh fruit and board the bus by 9am. We have 45 minutes visits at each of the four homes throughout the day and each architect is present to give a brief presentation and answer questions about the project.
The price includes coach travel for the day, breakfast, lunch and snacks and bottled water. It is a fantastic day, cost is $90 for student $120 for member and $150 for non members. Please ask at reception or contact Lee Baker-Louis for more details.
