The Australian Institute of Architects conducts the most prestigious National Awards program for Architects and their architecture.

The aim of the Awards program is to recognise excellence in architecture and only those projects reaching the highest design standards receive the ultimate accolade of an Architecture Award.

The Architecture Awards are conducted in two stages, the first stage is at a State and Territory level with winners selected by a Chapter appointed jury.

All of the winning projects go forward to be reviewed by a National jury, the winners receiving a National Award.
The Victorian Chapter Awards Coordinator will work with the:

• Victorian Chapter Awards Task Force to develop, promote and deliver an annual quality Awards program and associated activities to recognise members' professional achievements; and


• other Committees, Task Forces and / or Working Groups on Operational Plan initiatives to achieve objectives in the Victorian Chapter Strategic Plan.
