Work must be submitted digitally through this website. We are unable to accept any hard copies.

The entry system will be available from 30th April 2009 until 5pm Friday July 10 2009. Submissions cannot be accepted outside these dates.

To enter the prize you will need to supply the following:

• Name, Architecture school/program & contact details
• Year & level of course in which the project was completed (eg 2007/Yr 3)
• Up to 12 scanned or digital images of the project in RGB JPG format, 800x600 pixels @ 72dpi resolution. Each image is limited to 200kb in size and MUST conform to these standards
• A written statement (max 150 words) describing how the project demonstrates excellence in response to place
• A written statement (max 150 words) describing how the project demonstrates excellence in response to technology
• A written statement (max 150 words) describing how the project demonstrates excellence in response to Australian culture

The digital entries will be reviewed by a selection panel in each state/territory who will select a finalist from each school.

Finalists will be asked to supply additional components on CD including:

• Up to 12 x A4 PDF files with graphics in full colour @ 300dpi resolution. Allow 3mm of extra bleed for trimming and layout for presentation in an A4 portfolio.
