NATSPEC
The number of regulations that change each year continues to increase. Pressures on architect’s fees and the time required to design do not allow for individual organisations to monitor all the regulatory changes. NATSPEC provides the economies of scale to keep architects up-to-date. RAIA Members know that NATSPEC is comprehensive and provides a clear outline of the quality of materials and tolerance of construction required. NATSPEC specifications save litigation and support the design teams’ desire for successful projects.
