The residence has been designed for an active mature family that wanted a sophisticated contemporary enjoyable home, to replace an existing 1950’s bungalow on the site. Our clients wanted a four bedroom house, with a study, day room for adult children, large kitchen and family spaces, as well as outdoor

entertaining areas, lap pool, and space for cars and bikes. The planning solution was heavily influenced by the requirements of the planning authority with regard to set backs from the street and the placement of car parking. The outcome was a deep front garden and the need for underground parking.
